What CourtConnect is
CourtConnect is a platform for booking court time at sports facilities. We run the booking system. Facilities run the courts — the space, staff, and equipment.
Booking agreement
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. That total is the facility's court fee plus a 5% booking fee. No hidden fees.
Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds
Cancel before the deadline set by the facility for a full refund — the deadline is shown in your confirmation. After that, the booking is non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full amount. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually land within 5 to 10 business days.
Payments
Stripe processes every payment. We never see or store your card number. If a payment dispute comes up, we work with Stripe and the facility to sort it out.
SMS messaging
By providing your phone number when booking a court, you consent to receive SMS messages from the facility about your booking. Messages may include confirmations, schedule changes, closure notices, cancellations, and replies to your inquiries. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
Our role and liability
We provide the booking tech. The facility operates the court — the space, equipment, staff, and in-person experience. For questions about a venue (court conditions, parking, access), contact the facility. For questions about a booking or payment, contact us. CourtConnect is not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes from using a facility. Your use of any facility is at your own risk.
Your account
You can book as a guest without an account. If you have one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Prohibited uses
Don't make fraudulent bookings, harass staff or other users, bypass the payment system, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Violations can lead to account suspension and forfeited bookings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Significant changes are emailed to users with accounts. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
