What we collect and how we use it

When you book a court, we collect your name, email, phone number, and booking details. We use them to confirm your booking, notify you of changes, and let the facility reach you about your reservation. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. If you have an account, we store your login too.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use phone numbers (SMS)

Phone numbers collected during booking are used solely to send SMS messages from the facility about the guest's booking — including confirmations, schedule changes, closure notices, cancellations, and replies to guest inquiries. Guests opt in by providing their phone number during the booking process. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, or by contacting the facility directly. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

CourtConnect does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer phone numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use a few services to run bookings — Stripe for payments and Twilio for SMS. They only receive what they need to do their job.

Data retention

We keep booking records as long as needed for support and accounting. SMS opt-out records are kept indefinitely to honor your opt-out.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS and stored with standard encryption. Access to booking data is scoped to the facility that received the booking. Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches us.

Cookies

Essential cookies only — for login and sessions. No ad trackers.

Your rights

Email us to see, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
